I conduct workshops and individual programs for businesses to help reduce absenteeism, boost performance, and manage stress effectively.

Return to Work Programmes with HR and Occupational Health

I collaborate with and guide HR managers and Occupational Health staff on Return to Work Programmes, developing return-to-work plans and implementing workplace adjustments. I also address performance-affecting issues in the workplace, including bereavement, depression, and neurodiversity.
